► Welcome Publications
As the first week of ‘Welcome’ is drawing to a close, we are gearing up to get ready to Welcome back all non first year students next week. If you have been around campus, you will have seen our purple Welcome Reps around, whether that was on the Walkway, in Saddlers’ Bar, at the Welcome Fayre or in a corridor answering your questions.
These current students are all on hand to help you settle in to your new uni life, answer any questions you may have, have picked you up from the airport or sign post you to the relevant service you may need and get you involved. They are putting in a numerous amount of hours as volunteers (this means they are not getting paid for it) to make sure you feel welcome and part of City.
We want to thank them for their contributions and all the hard work they are doing so if you have been made very welcome, please nominate them for an award by completing the nomination form and e-mailing it to emelie.helsen.1@city.ac.uk by October 4th 2011, 12pm (noon). We cannot accept any nominations after this deadline.
